Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 pound fettucine
How To Make seafood fettucine

Step 1Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente about 20 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile add butter to a saucepan. Once melted add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Add the scallops and cook 1 minute. Add the cream and cook 3 more minutes.

Step 3With a slotted spoon remove the shrimp and scallops to a plate. Bring the cream to a boil and reduce by half. Place the shrimp and scallops back into the cream

Step 4Drain the pasta and pour the cream over the top and stir well. taste and adjust for salt and pepper Serve immediately
