Ingredients
- 24 sea scallops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- 1/2 cup spiced cherry jam
- 1 tablespoon butter
- microgreens for garnish
How To Make scallops with spiced cherry sauce

Step 1Mix the jam with the butter in a small skillet on stove top over med heat until melted and warmed. Set aside and keep warm

Step 2Add the olive oil and butter to a skillet. Get it hot. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt. Sear the scallops in batches 2 minutes per side until golden

Step 3Place a smear of cherry jam mixture and plate and top with scallops. Add microgreens for garnish
