Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound sea scallops
- 1 orange zested and juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
- fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make scallops with citrus ginger sauce

Step 1Pat the scallops dry and sprinkle with salt, Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear the scallops about 2 minutes per side.

Step 2Remove scallops to a plate. Reduce the heat and add the orange juice and zest, lemon juice ginger and butter to the pan. Whisk until warmed through then add the scallops back to the pan and spoon the sauce on top

Step 3Serve drizzled with sauce and garnished with cilantro.
