Ingredients
- 24 scallops patted dry
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 2 fresh thai chili
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
How To Make scallops in thai seafood sauce

Step 1Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Set aside. Place the garlic, chiliies, cilantro, fish sauce, Agave, and lime juice in a food processor and process until well incorporated.

Step 2Add oil to a large skillet. Sear the scallops until browned. Work in batches removing scallops to plate.

Step 3Once all are browned, place back in pan and pour the sauce over and bring to a boil. Turn heat off and serve immediately.
