Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 12 large sea scallops
- salt and pepper
- SOY GINGER CILANTRO VINAGRETTE
- 1 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup peanut oil
How To Make scallops in a soy ginger, cilantro vinaigrette

Step 1Place all the ingredients for the vinagrette in a jar with a lid. Shake vigorously to combine. Set aside.

Step 2Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to a large skillet. Once the oil is smoking sear the scallops about 3 minutes per side.

Step 3Drizzle the vinagrette onto a serving dish and place the scallops on top.
