Ingredients

1/2 c
dry bread crumbs
1 c
crushed crackrt crumbs
1/2 c
melted butter
2 Tbsp
minced parsley
2
8-oz. cans oysters
1/2 c
half-and-half

How to Make SCALLOPED OYSTERS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix bread crumbs, butter and parsley. Sprinkle half of this mixture in bottom of 6x8-inch baking dish. Drain oysters reserving 1/2 cup of liquid. Arrange oysters on crumbs. Combine reserved liquid and half-and-half, pour over oysters. Salt is not needed. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
