coarse sea salt

salmon fillet, skin removed
2 Tbsp
coarsely chopped cilantro

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 425°.
  • 2In a bowl, whisk zest, juice, syrup, Sriracha, and salt.
  • 3Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour mixture over top.
  • 4Roast until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
