Ingredients
- 1/2 - lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 1/4 pounds salmon fillet, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
How To Make salmon with sriracha sauce and lime

Step 1Preheat oven to 425°.

Step 2In a bowl, whisk zest, juice, syrup, Sriracha, and salt.

Step 3Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour mixture over top.

Step 4Roast until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
