Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 12 1/18 inch pieces of salmon, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 24 ginger matchsticks
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon garlic crunch oil (optional)
How To Make salmon sashimi with ginger and hot sesame oil

Step 1Mix 2 Tbsp of the soy sauce with the lime and orange juices. Mix the salmon with the remaining soy sauce and let stand 2 minutes, then drain.

Step 2Place the salmon evenly on 4 plates. Top with the ginger and chives.

Step 3Heat the grapeseed oil on the stove top and add the sesame oil. Once it's sizzling, pour over the salmon.

Step 4Top with the garlic crunch oil if using.
