I love Sashimi. This is really easy and tastes great.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 12 1/18 inch pieces of salmon, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 24 ginger matchsticks
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic crunch oil (optional)

How To Make salmon sashimi with ginger and hot sesame oil

  • Step 1
    Mix 2 Tbsp of the soy sauce with the lime and orange juices. Mix the salmon with the remaining soy sauce and let stand 2 minutes, then drain.
  • Step 2
    Place the salmon evenly on 4 plates. Top with the ginger and chives.
  • Step 3
    Heat the grapeseed oil on the stove top and add the sesame oil. Once it's sizzling, pour over the salmon.
  • Step 4
    Top with the garlic crunch oil if using.
