Ingredients
- 6 portions salmon
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- LEMON CREAM SAUCE
- 1 small shallot minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
How To Make salmon in lemon cream sauce

Step 1Add salt and pepper to Salmon. Sear the Salmon in oil until no longer dark pink in middle. Set aside and keep warm

Step 2To make the sauce Place a little oil in a sauce pan. Saute the shallots for 1 minutes. Add the wine and let reduce to about 1 tbsp. Add the broth and boil to reduce to 1/2 cup. Stir in the lemon juice and zest. Slowly add the cream whisking constantly. Taste and season with salt and pepper,
