salmon cakes
I don't like fish as a general rule, but I can eat these... This is not an original recipe of mine and I do not remember where I got it or if after I got it I modified it... :(

Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - oil for frying
How To Make salmon cakes

Step 1Drain and remove bones from salmon

Step 2mix all ingredients and form into 2" patties (refrigerating for 30 minutes will help patties hold together while cooking).

Step 3Fry in oil on medium high heat until browned on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side or deep fry 3-5 minutes.
