Ingredients

1 can(s)pink salmon

1/4 conion, finely chopped
-
1/4 cflour
-
1 largeegg, beaten
-
3 Tbspmayonnaise
-
·salt and pepper to taste

·oil for frying
How to Make Salmon Cakes
- Drain and remove bones from salmon
- mix all ingredients and form into 2" patties (refrigerating for 30 minutes will help patties hold together while cooking).
- Fry in oil on medium high heat until browned on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side or deep fry 3-5 minutes.
