Ingredients
- FOR THE SALMON CAKES
- 2 cups cooked salmon
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion chopped finely
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 2 teaspoons ground fennel
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup mayonnnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- GARLIC SAUCE
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- - heavy cream to thin
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - dill weed to garnish
How To Make salmon cakes with garlic sauce

Step 1Mix all the salmon cake ingredients together except for Panko and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients for the garlic sauce together and refrigerate.

Step 2Shape the salmon cake into patties and roll in Panko and fry in oil until browned on both sides. Transfer to a 350 degree oven and bake 15 minutes.

Step 3Serve with garlic sauce and garnish with dill.
