Ingredients
- 8 4 oz portions of skinless salmon
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup each dark brown sugar and soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons each fresh lemon juice and white vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make pineapple honey salmon with a kick

Step 1Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Set aside. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3Place the Salmon on the parchment paper. Brush the half the sauce over the salmon. Bake about 10 minutes. Turn the Salmon and brush with remaining sauce. Bake until no longer pink inside.
