One of my signature dishes that I developed right after culinary school. My family loves it. The sweet peach and bourbon flavor enhances the taste of the salmon without being overpowering.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 - 6 oz salmon
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
How To Make peach bourbon glazed salmon

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well and add salmon fillets, turn to coat well, cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours

Step 2Combine next 5 ingredients for basting sauce in small sauce pan, heat to simmer to wake up flavors, refrigerate until needed.

Step 3Set grill to medium heat. Cook marinated salmon on grill, basting with sauce, cook until salmon is done.
