One of my signature dishes that I developed right after culinary school. My family loves it. The sweet peach and bourbon flavor enhances the taste of the salmon without being overpowering.

Ingredients

1/4 c
dijon mustard
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
bourbon
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
4
6 oz salmon
1/4 c
peach preserves
2 Tbsp
white wine vinegar
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
dijon mustard
2 tsp
honey

How to Make Peach Bourbon Glazed Salmon

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well and add salmon fillets, turn to coat well, cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours
  • 2Combine next 5 ingredients for basting sauce in small sauce pan, heat to simmer to wake up flavors, refrigerate until needed.
  • 3Set grill to medium heat. Cook marinated salmon on grill, basting with sauce, cook until salmon is done.
