- 1 cup kewpie mayonnaise or regular
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tuna steaks about 1/12 to 2 pounds

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the mayo, chili garlic sauce and parmesan together.

Step 2Place the tuna steaks on a sprayed baking pan. Spread the mayo mixure over the top and sides.

Step 3Bake until the mayo cheese mixture is golden. About 10 minutes
