  • 1 cup kewpie mayonnaise or regular
  • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tuna steaks about 1/12 to 2 pounds

How To Make parmesan crusted ahi tuna

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the mayo, chili garlic sauce and parmesan together.
  • Step 2
    Place the tuna steaks on a sprayed baking pan. Spread the mayo mixure over the top and sides.
  • Step 3
    Bake until the mayo cheese mixture is golden. About 10 minutes
