Ingredients
- SOY GINGER HONEY SAUCE
- 1/4 cup each soy sauce, mirin & lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons finely grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- SCALLOPS
- 1 pound sea scallops patted dry
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- micro cilantro for garnish
How To Make pan seared sea scallops in soy ginger honey sauce

Step 1For the sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and simmer until thickened and reduced. About 10 minutes

Step 2For the scallops: Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Add oil to a hot pan and sear the scallops about 2 minutes per side.

Step 3Spoon sauce onto a plate. Top with scallops and micro cilantro. Serve immediately.
