Ingredients
- 6 large sea scallops
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon each butter and olive oil
- 2 tablespoons xo sauce
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- chopped scallions for garnish
How To Make pan seared sea scallop with xo sauce

Step 1Pat the scallops dry. Mix the curry powder with the salt and pepper and season the scallops on both sides.

Step 2Add the butter and oil to a large skillet. Once the butter is melted sear the scallops about 2 minutes each side. Squeeze the lemon juice over the scallop.

Step 3Remove the scallops to a plate and top with XO sauce and garnish with scallions.
