Ingredients
- 1 stick each butter and olive oil
- 1 pound calamari fully defrosted if frozen.
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley chopped
How To Make pan fried garlic calamari

Step 1Add the butter and olive oil to a large skillet. Cut the squid tubes into rings and add to skillet with tentacles and garlic.

Step 2Cook about 5 minutes until the calamari has firmed up. Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Step 3With slotted spoon transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley
