Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 tablespoons each honey and soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 - salmon filllets
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
How To Make orange glazed salmon

Step 1Mix the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger together. Place the Salmon fillets in a large baggie. Pour the orange juice mixture over and let marinate for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.

Step 2Remove the fillets from the marinade. Place a large skillet on stove top and add some oil. Get the oil hot on high heat. Turn the heat down to med/high and place the salmon skin side down.

Step 3Sear until skin is crispy. Turn the salmon and cook until done. Remove the salmon. Add the marinade to the pan bring to a boil. Thicken with the cornstarch water mixture. Serve with the salmon
