Very moist and delicious salmon recipe. I like to add a little red pepper flakes for some heat to off set the sweetness. Excellent

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp
    each honey and soy sauce
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 4
    salmon filllets
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

How to Make Orange Glazed Salmon

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger together. Place the Salmon fillets in a large baggie. Pour the orange juice mixture over and let marinate for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Remove the fillets from the marinade. Place a large skillet on stove top and add some oil. Get the oil hot on high heat. Turn the heat down to med/high and place the salmon skin side down.
  3. Sear until skin is crispy. Turn the salmon and cook until done. Remove the salmon. Add the marinade to the pan bring to a boil. Thicken with the cornstarch water mixture. Serve with the salmon
