Very moist and delicious salmon recipe. I like to add a little red pepper flakes for some heat to off set the sweetness. Excellent

1/2 c
orange juice
4 Tbsp
each honey and soy sauce
3 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
ground ginger
salmon filllets
1 Tbsp
cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

How to Make Orange Glazed Salmon


  • 1Mix the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger together. Place the Salmon fillets in a large baggie. Pour the orange juice mixture over and let marinate for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
  • 2Remove the fillets from the marinade. Place a large skillet on stove top and add some oil. Get the oil hot on high heat. Turn the heat down to med/high and place the salmon skin side down.
  • 3Sear until skin is crispy. Turn the salmon and cook until done. Remove the salmon. Add the marinade to the pan bring to a boil. Thicken with the cornstarch water mixture. Serve with the salmon
