Orange Glazed Salmon
1/2 corange juice
4 Tbspeach honey and soy sauce
3 clovegarlic minced
2 Tbspolive oil
1 tspground ginger
1 Tbspcornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
How to Make Orange Glazed Salmon
- Mix the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger together. Place the Salmon fillets in a large baggie. Pour the orange juice mixture over and let marinate for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
- Remove the fillets from the marinade. Place a large skillet on stove top and add some oil. Get the oil hot on high heat. Turn the heat down to med/high and place the salmon skin side down.
- Sear until skin is crispy. Turn the salmon and cook until done. Remove the salmon. Add the marinade to the pan bring to a boil. Thicken with the cornstarch water mixture. Serve with the salmon
