Very moist and delicious salmon recipe. I like to add a little red pepper flakes for some heat to off set the sweetness. Excellent

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons each honey and soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 - salmon filllets
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

How To Make orange glazed salmon

  • Step 1
    Mix the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger together. Place the Salmon fillets in a large baggie. Pour the orange juice mixture over and let marinate for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
  • Step 2
    Remove the fillets from the marinade. Place a large skillet on stove top and add some oil. Get the oil hot on high heat. Turn the heat down to med/high and place the salmon skin side down.
  • Step 3
    Sear until skin is crispy. Turn the salmon and cook until done. Remove the salmon. Add the marinade to the pan bring to a boil. Thicken with the cornstarch water mixture. Serve with the salmon
