Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine (not butter)
- 3 tablespoons each olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions
- 1 pound head on shrimp deveined not peeled
- crusty french bread for dipping
How To Make nola style bbq shrimp

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a skillet except shrimp and bread. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Lay the shrimp in the sauce side by side not on top of each other. If you have to work in batches do that.

Step 2Cook the shrimp on both sides for about 4 minutes each side.

Step 3Serve the shrimp with the sauce and french bread to mop up all that delicious sauce
