Ingredients
- 1/2 cup each worcestershire sauce, beer, and dry white wine
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons each onion powder,black pepper, sweet paprika dried thyme, sugar and cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon each dried oregano and basil
- 2 pounds shrimp tail and shell on
- 3 sticks butter cut into chunks
- 2 - green onions diced for garnish
How To Make new orleans style bbq shrimp

Step 1Mix the Worcestershire sauce, white wine, beer. lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, sweet paprika, thyme, sugar, salt, cajun seasoning, oregano and basil together.

Step 2Place in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and add the shrimp and cook until pink. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and set aside to cool a bit so they can be peeled.

Step 3Whisk the butter one pat at a time into the sauce to create a smooth buttery textured sauce. Serve the sauce with the shrimp and garnish with green onions. Be sure to have some crusty bread to soak up all that good sauce.
