Ingredients
- 2 pounds mussels
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 scallions minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste
- 1 teaspoon calbrian chilies
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
How To Make mussels with cilantro, chili & lemongrass

Step 1Clean the mussels and remove the beards. Discard any that are open.

Step 2Add the oil to a skillet with a lid. Add the scallions, garlic, lemongrass and chilies. Cook 1 minute. Add the wine and bring to a boil let reduce by half.

Step 3Add the mussels and place a lid on the pan and let the mussels steam about 4 minutes. Shake the pan a little.

Step 4Remove the mussels to serving dishes and stir the cilantro into the broth. Pour the broth over the mussels and serve.
