Ingredients
- 4 6 oz salmon filets
- MISO MARINADE
- 1 cup white miso
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- GARNISH
- green parts of scallion for garnish
How To Make miso salmon

Step 1Mix the ingredients together for the marinade. Add the filets and let marinate at least one hour or up to 4 hours.

Step 2Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Add some oil to a frying pan and fry until desired doneness. Garnish with scallions.
