Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz salmon filets
  • MISO MARINADE
  • 1 cup white miso
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • GARNISH
  • green parts of scallion for garnish

How To Make miso salmon

  • Step 1
    Mix the ingredients together for the marinade. Add the filets and let marinate at least one hour or up to 4 hours.
  • Step 2
    Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Add some oil to a frying pan and fry until desired doneness. Garnish with scallions.
