Ingredients
- 1/3 cup each sake, mirin, and white miso
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 sea bass filets
- 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
- furikake for garnish
How To Make miso glazed sea bass with furikake

Step 1Mix the Sake, Mirin, Miso, Brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the Bass and let marinate it the fridge for 6 hours.

Step 2Preheat the broiler and remove the bass from the marinade and place on a baking sheet.

Step 3Broil the fish until opaque in the center. About 6 minutes. Turning half way through and brushing with the marinade.

Step 4Transfer to a plate and garnish with scallions and Furitake
