How To Make miso glazed sea bass with furikake
Mix the Sake, Mirin, Miso, Brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the Bass and let marinate it the fridge for 6 hours.
Preheat the broiler and remove the bass from the marinade and place on a baking sheet.
Broil the fish until opaque in the center. About 6 minutes. Turning half way through and brushing with the marinade.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with scallions and Furitake
