Ingredients
- 1/4 clove blood orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon blood orange zest
- 2 tablespoons red miso paste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 16 sea scallops
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- microgreens for garnish
How To Make miso blood orange scallops

Step 1MIx the blood orange juice, zest and miso paste together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and cook 1 minute. Stir in the butter and stir until it melts. Set aside

Step 2Add oil to a skillet. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear the scallops in hot oil for 2 minutes per side.

Step 3Add the sauce to a plate and top with scallops. Add a little microgreens for garnish
