Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons each soy sauce and lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 large ahi tuna steaks
- green onions and cilantro for garnish
- sriracha mayo for serving
How To Make marinated seared ahi tuna steaks

Step 1Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, sesame oil and sugar together. Place the tuna steaks in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the tuna. Let marinate 6 to 8 hours.

Step 2Get a cast iron skillet hot. Add some oil. When the skillet is smoking turn down the heat and add the tuna steaks. Sear on all sides and cook until desired doneness. The best is still pink but warm.

Step 3Slice the tuna and serve garnished with green onions and cilantro and dollups of Sriracha mayo
