Ingredients
- 2 5 oz tuna steaks
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
How To Make maple mustard glazed tuna steak

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together in a shallow dish except the tuna. Add the tuna to the dish and let marinate 30 minutes.

Step 2Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Add the tuna and pour the marinade over top. Sear the tuna while basting the tuna with the sauce. Turn over and sear on other side continuing to baste. Sear about 4 minutes each side. Serve sliced with the glaze drizzled over top
