Ingredients
- 2 6 oz salmon filets skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup white wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- parsley for garnish
How To Make maple glazed salmon

Step 1Mix the paprika, cumin,, salt, & brown sugar together. Rub on the skinless side of salmon

Step 2Add oil to a pan and get it hot. Sear the salmon skin side down to crisp up the skin. Turn the salmon over. pour the wine and lemon juice around the salmon and let most evaporate.

Step 3Turn the salmon over again and brush the Maple syrup over the filets and baste with the sauce until cooked through.

Step 4Garnish with parsley
