- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 clove low calorie ginger ale
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 1/2 ounces canned shrimp, drained
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
How To Make low-cal shrimp aspic, mom's

Step 1Heat tomato sauce to boiling. soften gelatin in water, add to tomato sauce and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in ginger ale and lemon juice. Chill until partially set then fold in shrimp and cucumber. Pour into 1 quart mold and chill until firm.
