16 oztomato sauce

1 Tbspunflavored gelatin

1/4 ccold water

1 clovelow calorie ginger ale

1 tsplemon juice

4 1/2 ozcanned shrimp, drained

1/2 cdiced cucumber
How To Make low-cal shrimp aspic, mom's

1Heat tomato sauce to boiling. soften gelatin in water, add to tomato sauce and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in ginger ale and lemon juice. Chill until partially set then fold in shrimp and cucumber. Pour into 1 quart mold and chill until firm.
