Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 bag zatarains crab shrimp or crawfish boil seasoning
  • 1 - lemon halved
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 pounds red potatoes cut into pieces
  • 1 pound kielbasa cut into chunks
  • 4 - ears corn kernel removed
  • 2 pounds uncooked shrimp peeled and deviened
  • 1/2 pound crawfish tails meat

How To Make louisiana low country boil in instant pot

  • Step 1
    Add water seasoning packet, salt, lemon, potatoes, and kielbasa to the instant pot. Secure the lid and select manual. Adjust to 8 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Once the cooking is complete use quick release and select cancel. Add the corn secure the lid select manual and adjust to 1 minute.
  • Step 3
    Use quick release and then cancel. Add the shrimp and crawfish. Secure the lid and select manual and adjust to 1 minute. quick release. Remove lemon and seasoning packet. Drain and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve
