Ingredients

  • 6 lobster tails
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen, english peas
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 box (8 oz.) long pasta such as spaghetti or linguine

How To Make lobster spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Split the back of the shells and remove lobster tails from shell. Rinse away any sand, grit or shell pieces in cold water, pat dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2
    Chop Lobster into bite size pieces.
  • Step 3
    Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in pan and cook lobster until done through. Set aside.
  • Step 4
    Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse. Set aside.
  • Step 5
    In deep skillet over medium low heat, heat/melt olive oil and butter together. When melted add minced garlic and saute just until fragrant.
  • Step 6
    Add pasta, lobster, salt, pepper, peas, parmesan and fresh parsley to pan. Toss until well combined and heated through.
  • Step 7
    Plate and sprinkle with a bit more fresh grated parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.
