Ingredients
- 3 cups noodles, medium sized
- 5 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1 bunch green onions, 3 in segments lengthwise
- 3 cups bean sprouts, fresh
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, chopped finely
- 1 pound extra large shrimp, peeled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make korean garlic chili shrimp with noodles

Step 1Cook noodles according to the package. Rinse with cold water and add 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil to the noodles. Set aside.

Step 2Heat 2 tsp peanut oil in a wok. Add 90% of the green onions and all the bean sprouts and cook until tender.

Step 3Place the noodles in the wok with green onions and bean sprouts and heat until warm..

Step 4Add the rest of the sesame oil and mix. When completely mixed, remove from the pan. Wipe out pan.

Step 5Put the rest of peanut oil in wok and add chili and garlic. Cook for 20 seconds and add shrimp to wok. Cook just until shrimp is pink, 2-3 minutes.

Step 6Stir in the sugar and soy and cook until sugar melts and the shrimp is done. Put on top of the noodles.

Step 7Serve immediately with green onions and a few drops of sesame oil on top.
