Ingredients
- 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- small handful cilantro chopped
- 1/2 red chili seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tablespoon shredded ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make ketchup/chile shrimp

Step 1In a bowl add the ketchup, fishe sauce, cilantro, red chile, garlic and ginger. Add the shrimp and mix well.

Step 2Heat the oil in a large skillet. Cook the cook for 2 or 3 minutes each side. Serve immediately with pan sauce
