Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • small handful cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 red chili seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon shredded ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How To Make ketchup/chile shrimp

  • Step 1
    In a bowl add the ketchup, fishe sauce, cilantro, red chile, garlic and ginger. Add the shrimp and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Heat the oil in a large skillet. Cook the cook for 2 or 3 minutes each side. Serve immediately with pan sauce
