- 1 cup cooked lobster cut inyo small bite size pieces
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- - iceberg lettuce leaves
- celery salt
- pepper
How To Make janny’s lobster roll

Step 1Mix lobster celery salt n pepper mayo together.. set aside

Step 2Butter n Toast top cut hot dog or rolls of your choice to golden brown

Step 3Open toasted rolls lightly spread with mayo and lay a couple iceberg lettuce leaves in roll fill with lobster mixture and sprinkle with paprika serve with your favorite chips along side and enjoy
