Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- various fresh herbs. i use rosemary, basil, and thyme
- 2 6 oz tuna steaks
- pea shoots for garnish
How To Make honey mustard tuna steaks

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together except the tuna. Place in a baggie or flat bowl and then add the tuna. Let marinate 30 minutes. Turning the tuna a few times.

Step 2Remove the tuna from the marinade. Place the marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil and let reduce to 1/4 cup. Strain through fine mesh strainer.

Step 3Sear the tuna in a cast iron pan or grill in some oil. Sear about 3 minutes each side then edges. Remove from pan slice drizzle the marinade reduction over and garnish with the pea shoots
