Ingredients
- 2 large skinless salmon fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
How To Make honey dijon salmon

Step 1Preheat your broiler. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place on the parchment paper. Mix the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey garlic, parsley, and thyme. Brush over the salmon fillets

Step 3Broil until browned then turn off the broiler and turn on the oven at 350 degrees and bake until desired doneness.
