  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper

How To Make hibachi garlic shrimp

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl fold together teh butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic. Set aside
  • Step 2
    In a wok or skillet add the oil then add the shrimp and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the butter mixture and cook the shrimp 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper
