Ingredients

  • 2 - salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon harissa spice seasoning or harissa paste

How To Make harissa and honey glazed salmon

  • Step 1
    Mix the honey and harissa together and set aside. Add oil to hot pan. Place the salmon skin side up and cook until salmon is cooked half way up.
  • Step 2
    Flip the fillets and brush with the honey mixture. Keep checking the bottom to make sure the skin gets crispy but does not burn.
  • Step 3
    Serve
