Ingredients
- 2 halibut fillets
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- PECAN BUTTER SAUCE
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make halibut fillets with pecan butter sauce

Step 1Dry the Halibut fillets and season with salt and pepper. Add oil to a skillet and sear the fillets on each side for about 4 minutes each. Then add the butter and continue to cook basting with the butter over low heat for about 4 more minutes.

Step 2Remove the fillets from the pan and wipe out the pan and add the butter. Once the butter melts add the pecans and toast for about 4 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice. Serve the pecan butter over the fish
