Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 large sea scallops
How To Make ginger glazed scallops

Step 1Mix the soy sauce, ginger, honey and mustard together and set aside. Place the oil in a skillet and get it hot. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt. Sear the scallops 2 minutes each side.

Step 2Add the soy sauce mixture and heat turning the scallops for 30 more seconds. Serve
