2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lbscallops

6 clovegarlic minced

6 Tbspcold butter cut into slices

salt

2 Tbspfresh parsley chopped

zest and juice of 1 lemon

microgreens for serving
How To Make garlic butter scallops

1Get a pan hot and add the oil. Season the scallops with salt and sear in the pan for 1 minute each side. Add the garlic and toss the pan around a bit.

2Add the butter one slice at a time. Toss and coat the scallps until all butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add the parsley and lemon juice.

3Remove the scallops with a slotted spoon and serve on a bed of micro greens and top with some of the butter sauce
