Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound scallops
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 6 tablespoons cold butter cut into slices
- salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- microgreens for serving
How To Make garlic butter scallops

Step 1Get a pan hot and add the oil. Season the scallops with salt and sear in the pan for 1 minute each side. Add the garlic and toss the pan around a bit.

Step 2Add the butter one slice at a time. Toss and coat the scallps until all butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add the parsley and lemon juice.

Step 3Remove the scallops with a slotted spoon and serve on a bed of micro greens and top with some of the butter sauce
