Ingredients For garlic butter scallops

  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    scallops
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 6 Tbsp
    cold butter cut into slices
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • microgreens for serving

How To Make garlic butter scallops

  • 1
    Get a pan hot and add the oil. Season the scallops with salt and sear in the pan for 1 minute each side. Add the garlic and toss the pan around a bit.

    Add the butter one slice at a time. Toss and coat the scallps until all butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add the parsley and lemon juice.

    Remove the scallops with a slotted spoon and serve on a bed of micro greens and top with some of the butter sauce
