garlic broiled shrimp
I love shrimp nearly any way it can be prepared. This is one of my favorites though. Serve with baked potatoes or a side of angel hair pasta. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds raw shrimp, cleaned and peeled, tails left on
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 - green onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make garlic broiled shrimp

Step 1Combine next butter, olive oil, fresh chopped parsley, green onion, garlic, and lemon juice in a large shallow dish. Add shrimp, tossing well to coat. Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

Step 2Place shrimp in a pan and spread sauce over it. Broil shrimp 4 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes; Toss and broil an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3Optional: Reserve 1/4 c. pan drippings and toss with a side of angel hair pasta if desired.
