1/4 cbutter

4-6 clovegarlic, minced

1 1/2 lbshrimp, peeled & deveined

1/4 cfresh lemon juice

1 tsppaprika

salt to taste

1/2 tspred pepper flakes (or to taste)

How To Make gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp)

1In a wide, shallow saute pan over high heat, warm the olive oil and the butter. Add the shrimp and garlic and saute quickly for about 2-3 minutes. Add the lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, and salt to taste. Adjust seasonings to your liking. Transfer to a warmed serving dish, sprinkle with the parsley, garnish with lemon wedges and serve at once.
