Ingredients
- GINGER SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 scallion white part only minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- GUAC
- 1 large hass avocado
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 seeded jalapeno minced
- 2 cherry tomatoes chopped
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- pinch of salt
- SHRIMP
- 6 peeled and devieined shrimp
- salt and pepper
- cilantro for garnish
How To Make fusion avocado boats w guac shrimp & ginger sauce

Step 1First make the ginger sauce Mix the soy sauce, water, vinegar, sesame oil,garlic, scallion, ginger and brown sugar together stiring until sugar dissolves. Set aside for flavors to meld.

Step 2Make the guac and boats. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.Scoop the avocado flesh out keeping the skin intack with a thin layer of flesh. Place the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the garlic, tomatoes, lime juice, jalapeno and salt. Scoop the guac back into the shells.

Step 3Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Steam the shrimp until pink and done. Place three shrimp on top of each avocado boat. Drizzle the ginger sauce over top and garnish with cilantro
