Had some leftover salmon so came up with this idea. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces salmon (baked and flaked)
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon mirical whip
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper
How To Make fresh salmon patties

Step 1Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together shape into Patties and add small amount of oil into saute pan.

Step 2Heat on low till lightly browned on both sides. Serve with tater and lemon wedges.
