Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz can) tuna - water or oil packed
- 1 tablespoon green onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 - large egg white
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs - from cheddar crackers gives a nice flavor
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Mix all ingredients except butter, salt and pepper. Form into 4 small patties or 2 larger patties. This mixture will be loose.

Step 2Place in fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3Melt butter in skillet then add patties. Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes or until golden on each side.

Step 4Serve on a toasted bun with lettuce and tartar sauce.
