- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
- 6 ounces shiitake mushroom sliced
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 can coconut milk
- 8 ounces shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 - fresh basil leaves sliced
How To Make easy red curry shrimp

Step 1Place oil in large Dutch oven. Saute red bell pepper, and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and saute 1 minutes. Stir in the red curry paste, fish sauce and sugar. Cook 1 minutes. Stir in the coconut milk. Cook 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook 1 minute Serve alone or over rice and garnish with basil.
