Ingredients For easy red curry shrimp

  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper sliced
  • 6 oz
    shiitake mushroom sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    red curry paste
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 can
    coconut milk
  • 8 oz
    shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4
    fresh basil leaves sliced

How To Make easy red curry shrimp

  • 1
    Place oil in large Dutch oven. Saute red bell pepper, and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and saute 1 minutes. Stir in the red curry paste, fish sauce and sugar. Cook 1 minutes. Stir in the coconut milk. Cook 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook 1 minute Serve alone or over rice and garnish with basil.
