In a large saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter and add the garlic, cook a few minutes - stirring. Add the cream cheese and once melted add the cream. Stir in the seasoning. Simmer for 14 - 18 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese and remove from heat. Taste for seasoning adjustments. Stir in parsley and the shrimp.
