Ingredients
- 12 slices bread, crusts removed
- 2 large tomatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 15 ounces crab
- 1/2 cup mayo
How To Make crab sandwiches, mom

Step 1Blend egg, onion and salt in blender, mix drained crab meat with mayo. Butter bread, add tomatoes then crab mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture on top. Broil until lightly browned, watching constantly.
