colongo's simple shrimp
Fast and good. I use very little seafood seasoning if any. Cook fast and don't over cook shrimp. I serve it over white rice or grits.

- - 1/2 lb. large peeled & deveined shrimp, 1tbsp. olive oil, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 tsp. parsley, 2 oz. white dry wine, seafood seasoning as (desired)
How To Make colongo's simple shrimp

Step 1Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add shrimp, garlic, and seafood seasoning; saute until shrimp are pink. Add parsley and wine, continue to cook until liquid is reduced by half. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
