Ingredients
- 4 ahi tuna steak
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup each orange juice and lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 orange sectioned and diced
- 1 small jalapeno seeded and chopped
- 1/4 large red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make citrus grilled ahi tuna

Step 1Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, lemon juice and honey together. Lay the tuna steaks in the mixture and let marinate 1 hour in the fridge.

Step 2Mix the jalapeno, red onion, and cilantro together and set aside.

Step 3Get a grill hot and grill the tuna steak 2 to 3 minutes each side or more depending on your desired doneness. Brush with the marinade while grilling.

Step 4Cut the tuna diagonally and top with the cilantro mixture and oranges.
